Sleepy Hollow Way Shared Use Path

Since 2005, there have been 3 documented instances of automobiles crashing into people walking and biking on Sleepy Hollow Road adjacent to the trails in Devou Park. The community would like a safe connection to the trails between Park Hills, Fort Wright, Ludlow and Covington.

Goals:

 

1.

Reduce crashes and injuries on Sleepy Hollow Road by creating a separate and buffered multi-use path for people walking and biking.

 

2.

Connect the communities of Park Hills, Fort Wright, Ludlow and Covington.

 

3.

Increase the number of visitors to the 11 miles of backcountry trails in Devou Park.
